Dreams - Reading

Marky at the Slough branch provided excellent assistance when required. He took the time to understand our needs which resulted my partner and I finding our dream bed. I'd like to take this opportunity to thank Marky and what we appreciated the most was the lack of pushiness/closing of a sale.

A gentleman named Marky looked after us, he was knowledgeable, polite and friendly. He gave us advice without being pushy.

Sharon greeted us as we entered the store, took time to understand our requirements and then provided an easily understandable explanation; her product knowledge was excellent. Sharon left us on our own to make decisions but returned frequently to enquire how we were getting on and provide further information as requested - her manner was calm and patient.

We were able to try a number of alternatives. We were given detailed advice. Options were explained clearly. We were happy with the prices of the alternatives. Advice/support was ready but not too intrusive. It was easy to place the order. We received good advice from Marky who took our order.

Sharon at Dreams Reading was excellent. Very friendly and happy to help. I would return to Dreams due to her customer service.

Was welcomed into your store and asked if I needed help - which I didn't.was offered a drink which I accepted and your very pleasant assistant Jake let me browse without hassle, but there if needed. All staff in this store are friendly and professional.

The store assistant Sharon at the Reading branch was really attentive, friendly and knowledgeable without going over the top.

We had. seen the items online and although the range we wanted was not on display the assistant was extremely helpful in explaining things to us and showing us the quality of your products and items very similar to what we wanted The assistant was extremely helpful

We were attended to immediately on entering the store by Marky. He gave us his undivided attention and took time to listen to exactly what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about the different types of bed and mattress. At no time did he rush us into making a decision , neither did he pressurise us. He was friendly and professional.
