The shop assistant was very helpful and made us comfortable.

Veronica gave us lots of advice and info without being pushy. she left us to test out our selection but was close at hand to answer any questions. she was extremely knowledgeable on products and provided practical advice.

Customer service exceptional. The most friendly team and compliment one another whilst serving customers. I cannot speak highly enough of the three employees that day and I hope you will pass on this to them.

After visiting bensons for beds it was a fresh break from being rushed around the store and pressured to buy a bed. Sharon was very helpful and didn't try to preasure us or upsale to much. She pointed out a better quality bed at a reasonable price range which we took, she is a credit to your workforce.

The Customer Assistant Marky - Reading store, was a lovely person. No hard sale, explained the mattresses to me. Left me to ponder, checked I was ok. Very friendly and helpful. He also rang me back when he said he would to confirm delivery day. 10/10.

Going to a shop on a Sunday is not the best as many people shop on this day, however I was greeted as soon as I came in through the door. The man was helpful and understood my requirements. The only issue was the slight delay in getting it ordered as there were only 2 computers and both both used at the time. A part from this the expireience was good. Bed turned up 5 days later installed by nice engineers.

Veronica helped us purchase our first bed. She helped us when we needed help and and left us alone when we just wanted to browse. When we required help, she really had the knowledge and reassured us of our concerns of spending a high amount of the bed of our dreams! We opted for finance on the bed and although it is a lengthy process, Veronica was patient and spoke us through every stage. We are now awaiting our bed to be delivered and built for us! Thank you!

Sharon was very helpful, she guided me through all the options on finding beds to suit my needs. There was no pressure in fact she advised me to take time in choosing the right mattress and base. I left the shop feeling very confident I had purchased the right bed at the right price. I am looking forward to the delivery and comfortable sleeps ahead.

From the minute we entered the store an assistant gave us a welcoming smile, and asked us if we needed any hep, and just shout if we needed any help, she offered us a cup of tea or coffee, which was nice, we continued to bounce on the different beds. she then asked if we were ok, she asked us what we were looking for we told her, she then went on to tell us all about the beds, then left us to bounce and test out all the beds. \the assistant was very friendly and not pushy at all we felt very comfortable with her. We then went on to purchase a bed, she than told us what options were available to us , payments delivery etc..
