Veronica was very helpful and took time to understand what we were looking for and give advice, however, she wasn't pushy at all. Really appreciate her giving us time to look on our own and to decide to make a purchase on our own.

Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff who listened to our requirements and went through the options.

The assistant markie was most helpful with great product knowledge and a good price for the purchase.

Was seen immediately by member of staff. Explained what I was looking for and shown the different options. All my questions were answered about the product and delivery dates.

Steve was very helpful and even showed us how the bed fitted together. It was very quick and convenient to order the bed we wanted and was available for delivery on the date we wanted too.

Steve was very helpful and friendly and carried out the purchase quickly and efficiently. Everything was avaliable yo be delivered on our preferred date as well.

The staff were extremely friendly and eager to help. The choice of furniture I found on line was no longer available but I was shown on the big screen in the Reading store an alternative product which apparently has just been launched which was the size and colour that I wanted. Marky who assisted us was extremely helpful and could convert to inches instead of millimetres as I only understand inches. No problems whatsoever with my shopping experience at Dreams. My products have not been delivered yet but I have shopped at Dreams in the past and have had no problems so I am confident this experience will be the same.
