Sales lady (Veronica) was helpful without being overbearing, had excellent product knowledge,which catered to my wishes.

Our assistant was very helpful but not pushy. She gave us time to try the beds, found us a pillow to match our own and was generally very knowledgable. The whole experience was fairly quick and easy and it was a pleasure to part with our money. We look forward to delivery and sleeping on our new bed.
