Veronica was extremely helpful in this store. She helped us narrow our mattress choice down by listening to our preferences and suggested the ones she thought would be most compatible.

Marky was outstanding. In total it took us 25 minutes to buy a brand new mattress and spend over £1,000 with you. My budget, when going into the store was a maximum of £400.00. I gave Marky my brief and he guided us exactly to what we needed. Really great guy. I myself, am a Director of Sales in the hospitality industry and really appreciated not having the massive cold sell! He was warm, friendly and supported our exact need, whilst, at the same time, getting an extra £600.00 out of us, without us even batting an eyelid. Really great guy, just wish more customer facing people were like Marky!

I was given a better quality pillow to ensure I could test out the bed comfort at its optimum. I was then left alone with advice to try out at my leisure. The staff were extremely helpful when I needed them & gave me the space, time and patience which I required. The whole episode was seamless & Quick.
