The assistant was extremely helpful; & tool time to explain everything & also all the offers available within our order.

Provided with the right amount of assistance without being too pushy. Understood our individual needs and made product suggestions. Made to fee, very welcome with a very personal service.

Veronica dedicated a great deal of time with us to ensure that we found the perfect mattress and bed - despite this being a challenge, as we both had very different preferences! We are very happy with our purchase, and whilst have visited other bed stores, we have not found a better product or service.

We were delt with by Veronica @ Reading Dreams, firstly on the telephone where we enquired as to the availability of the bed, Veronica said she would look out for us during the day, She approached us when we enquired about the bed and went through all the features without being pushy which we greatly appreciated. I would very much recommend this store to family and friends

The assistant gave us enough space to browse, made himself readily available to drop in and out of our experience as we required and then processed our order quickly and easily ensuring our needs were all met.

Assistant was helpful and knowledgeable. She approached us pro-actively and was friendly and attentive throughout. The product range was explained to us and we had the opportunity to try out the mattresses and pillows to find one that met our needs. A great experience and a great mattress as a result!

Good selection of beds at wide range of price. Store layout very neat and good clear signage. excellent service from staff member who showed us the beds which suited our needs. Given plenty of time to make our choice without being hassled. First time we have used Dreams and very pleased with the service.

It was a very Busy Sunday afternoon. Marky was more than helpful in finding out our needs and discussing the options. The whole experience was made more enjoyable by Marky being friendly and helpful.

Sharon served us & was extremely helpful & knowledgeable. She offered us a cup of tea or coffee & offered for us to try out a selection of mattresses & her knowledge of the different types was excellent, as I explained I had a bad back.
