staff were very helpful but not pushy in any way. I was happy to look around the store and the staff were on hand if required.

Was greeted, given key information about what I needed and then was allowed some time to try, test and make my decision. Half hour earlier I was in Bensons and I left as I was followed around the store. Daley @ Dreams presented me with the information I needed and was not a desperate salesperson who thought he needed to keep talking to me. Funnily enough, the key information he gave meant the budget in my mind (£300 ish) was then turned into £518 some 15 minutes later! All because the approach was pleasant.

The assistant who helped us was really pleasant and seemed to know what we needed

The help I received from the salesman and his colleagues was very good.was even offered a drink well the order was being dealt with. The staff at the store was very helpful, will be recommending to anybody that needs beds or bedding.

Marky was very helpful and applied no pressure to make the sale.

Sharon in the Reading store was absolutely fantastic. We'd actually been to three other competitor stores and were totally unimpressed with the service and knowledge. We went to the Reading store after reading the comments online about the service provided by the team and we weren't impressed. From the moment we walked in, the team were worlds apart from the other stores we had visited

We felt very comfortable with the whole experience. we were greeted politely and warmly by Marky who didn't go straight into 'pushy salesman'. He allowed us to say what we were looking for, showed us some suitable products then left us to just try things out without bombarding us. /we had already been to various shops that day and had hated the way we were pounced on immediately and felt intimidated. Marky was friendly and helpful but knew when to back off.
