Sharon was extremely helpful. She had exactly the right balance between being available to help and assist us while also leaving us to try out different beds and discuss our choice. She had excellent product knowledge and was able to answer all of the questions we had.

Everyone in store was very friendly, informative and gave us guidance with regards to the kind of mattress that would be best for us. The member of the team who helped us was available when we had questions, but didn't hang over us or make us feel that they were "hovering", giving us the time and space to discuss our findings rather than making us feel rushed.....oh and she made a great cup of tea :-)

We were greeted on entering the shop and after looking around Sharon came and talked to us, advising on mattresses and offering us a drink whilst deciding on the base and mattress. Her knowledge and love of job really helped us on our purchase.

The help with our purchase was very impressive without any pressure having both the manager and Veronica attending to our needs

Marky the assistant that helped me was so brilliant- he knew his beds and was extremely friendly

Marky - the assistant- gave us very knowledgeable help without being too pushy. He stood aside whilst we discussed options but was always near enough to answer questions without us having to look for him. he made us a cup of tea and was very friendly without being overfamiliar. He is a credit to your organisation.

Veronica was lovely! I went and visited the store on saturday and she kindly talked me through the products and happily helped me literally try out every mattress. When i finally decided that even though it was a costly expense to go for it. I visited the store in hope to see her again as she was so kind and helpful the first time i visited. She went through all the items with me, aiding me with measuring to ease my mind on size and even made me a cuppa tea whilst i again tried out all the mattresses again and even the pillows. Between her and stephen, my visit this evening was a pleasure. Glad to have made a decision and go with it.

Met at the door by a very friendly and knowledgeable assistant who listened to questions and gave to the point advice without being pushy or wasting time.
