Staff let us walk round store before we were approached which we liked Very friendly staff

Hadn't planned to shop. Just walked in and was greeted by friendly lady assistant who was able to direct me to the item I was looking for. She discussed with me my needs without being at all pushy.

Assistance on arrival. Veronica had great knowledge about the products we wanted. Anything she wasn't sure of she asked another member of staff. Made the purchase of our mattress very quick and easy.

Having visited one of your competitors first, who's sales staff were rude, didn't listen to their customer needs and didn't seem to understand the words customer service it was a pleasure to meet Veronica. Veronica introduced herself, explained how the store was laid out, listened to our needs and then gave us a little time to ourselves. She then assisted us with our requirements always giving us enough space to not seem pushy. Her knowledge of the products was second to none and when closing the sale, she made sure we were satisfied with everything before taking payment. A credit to your company and someone I would have no hesitation in recommending to family and friends.

Sharon was an extremely helpful assistant. She did not pounce on us as soon as we entered the store but approached as we were looking at a variety of matresses and recommended different types explaining the difference in the types of topping. She encouraged me to lie on them for a couple of minutes and provided a pillow. We were offered tea or coffee which we declined and she then left us to try various mattresses until returning to see how we were getting on. The ordering process was very quick and easy.

Marky helped me in the Reading store and couldn't be a much nicer guy, constantly smiling and offering all kinds of help on my purchase.

The colleagues were really helpful and nice and they could answer all of my questions. I am really satisfied as Sharon was 'qualified', she knew lots of things about mattress types and that helped me a lot. I think I could choose the best for me with her help. Thank you!

My wife and I visited your Reading store (Brunel Retail Park - 937) and spoke to Marky who provided all the information we needed for product and price comparisons. He left us alone to try the bed range we were looking into, but was available when we had questions to ask and gave us honest answers. He did advise on what product may suit our requirements and gave comparisons on what offered best value for money and longevity. He was polite and friendly during the two visits we had on Sunday 17 January 2016, and was very patient.
