Daley who assisted us in the Reading store, was professional,friendly and helpful, he was knowledgeable and asked assistance from colleagues on questions he was unsure of.We felt comfortable and not pressured at all,he was a fantastic credit to your company.

Had called-in to re-order a mattress we had previously bought last year, but in a different size. Veronica was able to look up our previous order and place the new order quickly and without fuss.

The staff were very very helpful and on hearing what we wanted showed us the correct items . After showing all the products he then let us try them, he then left us to find which one we preferred. He was not pushy and we found him very nice . I would recommend your shop to anyone

Good customer service - friendly helpful staff

The sales assistant provided honest, useful advice. They took time to explain all the different mattress types so we could make an informed decision, whilst still allowing us plenty of time to try the mattresses and discuss in private our preferences. They applied no pressure to buy, which made us feel able to try our 2 preferences multiple times - very important when buying a mattress.
