Veronica ,the sales assistant was superb, she understood straight away our requirements and swiftly showed us all the relevant matresse. No pressure selling..Just left us to choose which one we preferred and said to call her when ready. When we had made our choice .dealt with all the paperwork and explained everything very professionaly A pleasure to be served by. Would definitely recommend your shop.

The team were friendly, patient, made us coffee, took the time to hear my needs, gave suggestions and allowed us time to make a decision without any sales pressure. It was a relaxed and comfortable shopping experience, the staff were lovely.

Because you did what it said on the tin

We were looking for a new bed and mattress but needed guidance on the best product for us. We visited Reading (Brunel Retail Park) and were promptly greeted by Veronica who was very pleasant and approachable. She established our needs, gave us some pillows and allowed us plenty of alone time to test out the beds. She was only a stones throw away when we had a question but not at all in your face pushy, which I really appreciated. This was our bed which will be going in our first house together as a couple and lasting some years so it was very important to us and Veronica made the whole process smooth and made us feel really valued. Her product knowledge was spot on and accurate (nothing worse than sales staff reading from display info/blagging) and she was trustworthy and led to us purchasing the bed that day without going anywhere else. While we were testing numerous other staff asked if we were being looked after which was a very nice touch (note, the store was busy at this time so not as if they were all stood round) - very happy with the purchase, eagerly await delivery and want to say Veronica is a credit to the company/store- I really hope this feedback makes it way to her!

Sales assistant Marky had all the answers to our questions and gave us time on our own to make decisions without constantly standing next to us. This type of service is far more comfortable than being a constant presence.
