The assistant that serve me was friendly from the time I enter the stored, where as others just stared at me. He was the reason I returned to the store. He was helpful and knowledgable about the beds and mattresses, he didn't hesitate to come and serve me after finishing with his costomer, he was happy and polite and professional. I feel that others can learn a great deal from him.

The member of staff who helped us didn't rush us at all, but really helped us to make the right choice of mattress. We were delighted to find such a good mattress for half price in the sale.
