Dreams - Reading

Sharon who served us was very attentive to our requirements and put my faith back in Dreams as the last time we purchased something it was not a pleasant experience and I had always said I would never go back but sharon did all she could to help us with our purchase

Sharon, the manager of Reading store spent good amount of time in explaining the features of various products and helped us in making a good selection.

The ordering process was very easy, the choices in store were plentiful. I was very pleased with the quality of the bed and mattress. I was pleasantly surprised with the delivery dates available this close to Christmas.

I believe the experience was made as easy and pleasurable as it was due to the assistance that we had from the sales person. Veronica was brilliant, she listen to what we asked for and then showed us the most appropriate products to try. She was very helpful but not in the least bit pushy with regards getting a sale (always nice). Her knowledge and honesty about products and suitability to our needs was excellent. Thank you!

From entering the store the staff we helpful and attentive. We were given a good explanation as to why a product we went specifically to view was not available and then the staff allowed us to view the stock and then responded very well to questions.

Veronica telephoned us to inform us that a product we had been interested in was on a special Black Friday offer. She welcomed me when I arrived in the shop and was extremely helpful in helping me to choose the right mattress. I didn't feel at all rushed and welcomed her advice

After shopping around, we found exactly what we were looking for in a matter of a few minutes of being in store, the staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and attentive! Great cuppa too!

The assistant at Reading Dreams Store, Validation Code 937, Name Veronica, was very helpful in placing the order for the bed we had chosen. She also made a point of phoning us back when we enquired about children's bunk beds. All in all she was very friendly and helpful.

The lady serving was very helpful & friendly. She displayed good product knowledge too.
