Dreams - Reading

From entering the shop in Reading we found the assistant very helpful. Marky asked if we were ok and pointed out a few things that would help us choose a bed and mattress but then left us alone until we needed more information

Good selection, made two visits on both occasions assistants knowledgeable and attentive when desired

When we called into the store we were asked if we required assistance and said what we were looking for, we were then advised where to look and left to look around and make our selection which is much better than having someone following you around the store. We were served by a very helpful and knowledgeable young man and would not hesitate to return if there was anything else we required

The manager who took our order was very thorough and able to answer all of our queries. The delivery time was good and fitted my needs perfectly.

Marky was excellent, was a really pleasant visit, especially after 'experiencing' Benson's beforehand.

The staff were very helpful to us.

The assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly. She didn't hassle us to make a purchase, helped and advised us.

Quick friendly service and wasn't pushed to spend more as I explained Bed was for occasional use only

Although the bed we wanted was not on display, the staff quickly found the item on the wall mounted. Computer screen and gave us the opportunity to search and look at the item on the website. We were looking to buy a new mattress, the staff showed us the different quality products , and we purchased the most expensive item even though we were shown cheaper products , there was no pressure to buy the more expensive mattress.

Staff were very attentive , cheerful for a Sunday morning . Marky was very knowledgeable on all the products allowing me plenty of time to try the mattresses and test the lift on the ottaman bed frame.
