the staff were very helpful it was a pleasure to shop at dreams there was no blaring music I have shopped at dreams before and always a good service

Veronica was very helpful in discussing our needs and helping us to figure out which bed would be most suitable. Additionally, when it ended up that the wrong bed was delivered she helped us sort it out. When the new mattress came and I was concerned that we had ordered the "Emotion 26" and a "Desire 26" had arrived, she was able to tell me that they were indeed the same mattress.

The assistant who helped us, Marky, was extremely knowledgable and fully understood our requirements.
