The gentleman who assisted us in purchasing the bed and furniture was very helpful and friendly.

Very helpful assistance (Claire 937) answered all our questions but not pushy.

Marky the assistant was very helpful, jovial and polite

We were greeted on arrival by a lovely lady called Veronica. Who had lots of product knowledge and was able to recommend products for us to try based on information we had given her, also things she had noticed ie our height/build also supplied pillows to assist our mattress testing

We were very satisfied! Sharon was patient and understanding.... I would recommend her to anyone in search of a dream sleep!

The assistant gave us clear explanations of the different types of mattresses and was efficient in showing us the mattresses within our budget. She was very helpful and knowledgeable.

Our sales assistant was Marky and he was really helpful. The morning we visited Dreams we had also visited 2 other bed shops where the service was pretty poor. Marky was enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the products etc. We were happy to give him the business.

Marky from Dreams Reading was very accommodating to our needs. We are in a situation where we rent a flat and so had to get confirmation from the landlord before going ahead with anything. Marky had everything ready so that when we got the all clear everything was very quick and pain free. Everything was explained clearly and we were in and out very quickly.
