Dreams - Reading

After a recent bereavement we were looking for beds for visitors. The staff were amazingly understanding.

We were helped by Sharon (937) who was friendly, patient, well-informed and good-humoured. She ordered coffee for us and provided pillows while we were testing beds. She couldn't have been more helpful.

Sharon the assistant was marvellous couldn't help enough my husband is disabled so she took her time and helped him in every way she could. Felt when we left we had gained a friend

Staff were very friendly and knowledgable. Delivery very quick and easy.

Friendly; patient; affable; polite. Increasingly rare these days! An old-fashioned sense of courtesy.

Very helpful lady, not pushy at all but very knowledgeable and helpful. She took a lot of time to make sure we got exactly what we wanted.

Veronica was helpful in helping me select the bed that would best suit the space I had and gave some good advice on the mattress choice. This was a second bed for my property and to serve a lodger moving in so her information proved invaluable.
