We were greeted by a friendly member of staff called veronica who was knowledgeable about the products on offer and although leaving the final decision to us did help in advising the type of bed that would suit you purposes.

Very good service and have to mention the staff member who dealt with us . She was great very friendly very helpful knew what she was talking about and as we visit 4/5 times before placing our order never got fed up us. Thanks again Sharon reading dreams

We were approached by Veronica immediately after entering the store to offer us assistance and she was to show us exactly what we were looking for, whilst also giving us the time to try out different mattress options. Veronica was very knowledgable about the products available and also matched the online offer of 0% finance with £0 deposit which wasn't standard for instore. The service we received exceeded our expectations, it was fantastic.

Veronica was very professional. She listened to my needs and she showed me a bed that was perfect for what I needed it for. She also helped me choose colour and headboard. Also recommended mattress protector which I bought and organised for my old bed to be taken away. First class service.

I have already done this survey but I will repeat what I wrote. I am extremely satisfied with my experience. I was in a vulnerable state having to purchase a bed as I am going to be looking after my father Mr White in his bungalow. Veronica showed compassion and listened to my needs and immediately showed me a bed which is exactly the one I needed. I did not have to spend long in the store and Veronica organised to take away my dads old bed and explained everything I needed to know. First class service.

Overall pleasant experience. Colleague knew exactly what we were after and helped us try different mattresses. We were left to our own devices to choose and offered tea :).

Marlay struck the perfect balance between helpful and informative and giving us the space we needed to test the beds and discuss our options. He never minded repeating the information even though we asked over and over. We really appreciated the price match with the website on delivery too. Couldn't really have faulted the whole experience!
