Excellent sales lady Sharon helped us through the choosing and buying of a new bed

Having not purchased a mattress for some considerable time the choice available was overwhelming. The sales lady (Veronica) who assisted us was very friendly, helpful and not in the least 'pushy' as some salespeople can be. She understood our needs and explained the merits of all the different types of mattresses, and then having done so allowed us space and time to try out products without interference. Altogether the whole procedure was relaxed professional and stress free - most of this attributable to Veronica. We left the store very satisfied having purchased 2 mattresses, 2 memory foam pillows, plus 2mattress covers and I pack of pillow protectors - a total of just under £2000.00 all to be delivered in 4 days time. Hope the quality of the products matches the quality of the service we received.

Did not feel pressured at any time, which is always my main bug bear.

We were helped by the store manager, he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in our choice of products, friendly in his approach and not pushy. We were offered tea or coffee while we made our decisions, we have purchased from Dreams in the past and would not hesitate doing so again also highly recommending the store. We look forward to receiving. our new mattress.

Sharon was extremely helpful in helping us select our mattress and then was able to recommend some frames based on our preferences (grey, divan or thick base, drawers). She also was happy to let us go and explore the frames by ourselves so that we could have a discussion about the ones we saw. She was helpful and created a temporary order number for us (as we didn't know our move-in date) and we were able to return to the store and speak with Marty who was helpful and went through all our options before booking our delivery.

Good service from Daley and attention from remainder of staff.

As an ex furniture sales person I up always put of by cheesy pushy sales people. If I were faced with this kind of sales person I would walk away immediately without even considering the products. Veronica was friendly, helpful and full of knowledge in a way that said "let me inform you" rather than "let me sell to you". The best way to sell in my opinion!

The assistant was very knowledgeable about products, listened to my needs and was very helpful towards me when making a final choice. Would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.
