Friendly service; helpful too. Good that the people moved my mattresses round

We went in looking for a new bed, the assistant was friendly and knowledgeable, we said what we were looking for and he showed us the right product and the best bed base for our requirements, we would definitely recommend and use again

We were allowed to look at the product we required.Sharon explained fully the product then left us to experiment with beds and was available to answer any questions we had and was not pushy to get the sale.

Veronica was really helpful in showing us a variety of mattresses and explaining the different ones. She didnt pressure us or show any rush, indeed after we had been round them all twice she left us to make our own decission on the 3 we had narrowed it down to. Completely satisfied.

I explained that I was looking for a Double mattress, medium to firm. I was invited to lie on various medium to firm mattresses, which enabled me to decide on a specific item, with the advice of the SALES Executive.

The staff were very friendly & knowledgable. There was only 3 people working & it was a busy Saturday afternoon but every customer was looked after & no one was left waiting. I heard each and every customer comment on how helpful the staff were.
