Veronica who served us was very knowledgeable about the beds as we had not purchased a bed for quite a long time and did not know there were so many different options of mattresses. She spent quite a long time with us, was very nice and not at all pushy. We have been a customer of Dreams on several occasions for ourselves or family, and always very pleased.

The lady who served us, Veronica I believe, was incredibly helpful. She was patient, genuine and appeared to have a complete interest in what we were after along with a wealth of knowledge. She was not pushy and made us feel at ease. To us, we spent a lot of money in your store, a huge amount. She was the main reason behind doing so as she made us feel comfortable and confident about the purchase.

Veronica was the sales assistant who attended to us she was very pleasant and Customer Orientated. She was polite when responding to all the questions we asked and assisted us through the process of purchasing what we wanted and helped with the interest free application.
