Marky was very helpful and knowledgable.

It is the first time I have made a purchase in Dreams. The staff were very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Although the bed I required was not in stock it took no time at all for my order to be placed.

I entered the store to only gather some information about what sort of mattress I wanted. I didn't want to be hassled and just wanted to see what was in offer. The staff were very good, allowing me time to browse and only offering advice when I clearly looked a little confused. Sharon who severed me knew the product well and had advice on the questions I asked. I ended up ordering that day as well as buying a set of very expensive but truly amazing pillows. This wasn't because I was oversold, but more that I felt very at ease and well informed about what they offered. The only gripe I have is, after dropping a large sum of money I had to pay £40 for shipping which is excessive on all accounts then coupled with the offer of the collection of the old mattress for another £40 this was just an unjustified amount of money for a service that is offered cheaper elsewhere. However apart from this I found dreams to be extremely well priced and extremely helpful in choosing my mattress. Just hope it is as comfy as I remember.

Store well laid out and labeled for easy access to what we were looking for. Assistant was very helpful and knowledgable, didn't pester us, gave us advice and let us wander around to make our decision.we knew what we were looking for and didn't feel pressured like some stores. Good experience.

Store advisers Steve and Claire were friendly and helpful without being pushy in any way. When my wife felt faint they were sympathetic and provided a chair and a glass of water for her. Delivery team Jason and Barry were on time, careful and clean.

Markus who assisted me was knowledgable, polite and courteous

I wasn't sure on what mattress I needed on entering the store but the assistants explained all of the different types to me then got me to try a couple to get an idea of what I liked before recommending a few for me to try and decide from. They then left me so I could try out their recommendations without feeling pressured at all. They also checked availability of the mattress I wanted before I made a decision so I would know when I could get one.
