Marky was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us find exactly what we needed. The store manager (Steve I think) was honest and friendly and helped place our order quickly and for the collection method that suited us best. We were very impressed with the impeccable customer service on every level and this store would certainly be our first call again in future.

Very helpful..friendly...informed us on how to choose what we were looking for by colour coding. Very good idea and saves wasted time looking and trying out every bed. Very good idea to colour code.

Extremely happy with the lady that greeted us as we walked in the store, she was very helpful,professional and friendly. We was also very happy with the delivery service and help we received from delivery men, they explained everything clearly and very detailed, left no mess, again very professional and friendly. This was the first store I visited and didn't need to look elsewhere. The choice was excellent as was the assistance I was given to make my choice. There was never any pressure to buy and I was left to make up my own mind in my own time. I was also offered coffee/tea or water to drink whilst I made my choice which, as it was a very hot day, I opted for water and was very grateful for it.

Well we walked in and were given a warm, friendly welcome. We were asked If we needed any assistance and we declined as we were not sure what we actually wanted ourselves, we were met with a polite response of if you need any help just ask. Once we had tried a few of your products and we had no trouble getting hold of a representative to ask our questions, all our questions were met with well informed answers that helped us decide on our final purchase.

Excellent service by Marky. Went out of his way to find us what we wanted. was polite proffessional. Made our visit very pleasant. Would definitely use Dreams in the future.
