The time and attention given to us to make our choice was excellent, there was no pressure or rush to decide

Sharon was friendly and approachable. She was not pushing for a sale and allowed us time to explore all options and products available to us. She was very knowledgeable in the products she was selling. She was encouraging us to try the mattresses over and over until we made up our minds which suited us the best. She provided us with pillows to lie on the beds to mimick how we behave at home to understand comfort. Sharon explained all available repayment options to us and all other services such as the guarantee on the mattress. Sharon is a very friendly and knowledgeable sales and we would definitely come again for future purchases.

6years ago I bought the bed from dreams, that time shop assistant was very assuring but when on delivery was messed up. The boys said set up bed was on their sheet so I have to call the shop. They were very reluctant to take the packing. This time I did mention my experience to the assistant. He did exultant notes. Delivery went so good. I am really satisfied with shop asst and delivery boys. Thank you

Sales agent ( Veronica) spent a lot of time explaining the various qualities of the beds we tested. Also able to answer all queries re delivery times promptly. Also got a cup of tea!

The lady who helped us knew the products and was very helpful as to which mattress we should buy...she did not try to buy one particular item and was honest in her opinions.she talked us through our finance options which were unaware of.

Veronica was brilliant. I don't like people overly attentive which I have found in some places, she was perfect there when I needed with all the information I could need. Couldn't ask for a better person to deal with me.

Veronica who assisted us in the store, was very helpful but also gave us time to try lots of different mattresses and we didn't feel rushed.

The assistant Sharon from the Reading store was lovely she was very helpful know all about the beds and mattresses she was selling

The sales assistant Veronica wa very knowledgable friendly and efficient We had bought a mattress several years ago at dreams and because we were vereased with it, wants to buy again with a few scant details Veronica could identify the product and even convinced us to update to the next level

Earlier in the day we went to bensons beds and saw some items we liked however the pushy nature of the staff completely put us off buying from there We then arrived at dreams in reading and were initially left to browse -staff members Steve and Sharon were able to gage when we needed assistance and popped straight over Initally Steve answered all out queries regarding the Berkeley range we saw and then handed us over to Sharon who I must say was an absolute delight We thought about and went back on the Sunday to place our order We had a one year old and 2 year old with us so needed to be fairly efficient Sharon offered us a drink twice , helped measure up the furniture and even held my daughter whilst we tried out the mattresses etc We spent Jsut short of £4000 on furniture and would return back to more bedroom items in the future I would say we bought this because of non pushy friendly nature of the staff who were very knowledgable in the products you sold A real credit to dream
