The assistant help us find products to suit our budget

The assistant was very friendly and knowledgable. The process was very easy.

The gentleman was on his own in the branch, so I think there should be a N/A for that question as well. We are currently living in Portugal, so the bed will not be delivered to our new UK address until after completion. I went to Dreams on the recommendation of our son.

The assistant was very knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. This was a pleasant change from the normal pushy salespeople. WE were able to try and buy the exact product we were looking for and at a reasonable price.

I found exactly the wardrobe I was looking for and Marky was very helpful showing me the different options so that the ordering process was straightforward.

Staff we're very friendly and helpful. We were made to feel comfortable as we're our two 3 year old children. We were half expecting the hard sell but we're pleasantly surprised by the relaxed but attentive service. Looking forward to trying the new mattress as suffering with back problems.

We found exactly what we needed at a very reasonable price compared to other stores. The staff were very helpful polite and we were given time to look before being approached without the feeling of being pounced on as soon as you walk though the door as this is one thing that I hate !

As soon as we walked into the store we were welcomed by a couple of staff. Veronica spent time talking to us and recommending which beds she thought would be just right for us.
