Dreams - Reading

Veronica was a very knowledgeable, helpful assistant. Made choosing our new mattress very easy.

We had already bought our bed from Dreams a few years ago and were now looking for one for our little boy. Veronica was very helpful, not pushing for a sale but really helping us find the best product and gave us time to think without following us everywhere.

Sharon at the Brunel Park site in Reading was excellent. She was helpful and attentive. It was last thing on a Sunday afternoon but she spent time with us and couldn't do enough to help.

Claire had stated she had only been part of the team for 3 weeks and was very accommodating and helpful. She made sure our needs were met and was extremely polite and happy throughout the transaction from greeting us as we entered to walking us to the door upon leaving. Wonderful member of your team. All other members were helpful and aided us (and Claire) when we had any questions. The team at Rose Kiln Lane store are faultless. Thank you for your custom and will be coming back for all future bed purchases. :)

We were very satisfied with the way the staff helped us nothing was to much trouble so nice to go to a shop that the staff was pleased to help you but not to the point of overbearing us ,very pleased.About 2 years ago we purchased a king size up and down bed from Dreams also headboard and 2 tall units and we have been so pleased with it so would come to Dreams for all our needs and we would recommend Dreams highly

Excellent customer service

We were highly satisfied with our visit and all of the staff were extremely helpful. We did select a new bed, but did find the wait for the delivery much longer than we expected. The salesperson did all they could to try and speed up the delivery to no avail as the supplier were completely out of stock. So, even though we were disappointed we had to wait longer to receive the goods we were satisfied that the salesperson did all they could.
