Dreams - Reading

Veronica was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She could not have been anymore helpful, she knew exactly what I was looking for and was able to get what I needed. Even though reading was not my local store, Veronica was kind enough to have my local delivery center provide the mattress I required. Her friendliness and support is an asset to the branch and company of Dreams.

Our Last mattress was 15 yrs old and we didn't have a clue what we needed we had a Very in depth chat with Marky and he showed us the options we would require and we were left to make up on own minds.

We just loved the assistant Veronica in Bracknell store. She made it easy for us considering that we had two kids running around.

No pressure to buy staff member had very good knowledge of particular brand.

Staff very helpful products on show able to lay on one bed and then another for comparision
