We were politely greeted as we entered the shop and the assistant understood my needs and price range and showed me a choice of beds meeting those requirements.

We were served by Marky in the Reading store. He was really helpful, directing us to the mattresses that were most appropriate for our needs. He gave us the freedom to try the different mattresses out at our own pace, but was there to help and answer questions whenever necessary. When we made a decision to proceed, he processed the order efficiently. Overall he was very helpful and a real pleasure to deal with.

Veronica was helpful and immediately directed us to what we were looking for, she was friendly and easy to talk with, everything was explained clearly. We buy all our bedroom furniture from Dreams, obviously we like your products but as important is your staff's approach, they always understand what we want and are really helpful.

Sales assistant Marky at Rose Kiln Lane Reading outlet went above and beyond to make sure I had all options laid out in front of me before I made a decision. He wasn't pushy for a sale he seemed to care about me getting the best product for my needs. Very good member of your team.

Veronica helped us straight away,and showed us a selection of different priced beds. We wanted a double for spare bedroom with a lift up base. She invited us to try each bed and me a poor feeble woman that I am tryed the lifting of them. There was plenty of room underneath and we were well satisfied.
