Assistants knowledge was great. Asked us exactly what we wanted. My husband wanted memory foam and I didn't. We were shown alternatives and chose the spring/memory foam. Both were then satisfied with outcome.

The assistant veronica, was quick efficient and friendly. She could tell that we had done our research and acted accordingly, she allowed us time to reach a decision and was available to take the order, which she did with honesty, when explaining the additional extras/options. A great service.

Marky, the colleague who assisted us, was extremely helpful and friendly. We had no idea where to start when we walked in, but Marky took the time to explain the colour coding system for the mattresses and encouraged us to try them out. I particularly liked the fact that Marky stood back and let us take the time to find what we liked ourselves, but he was there whenever we had any questions - I wish more sales assistants were like this as it takes the pressure off the shopping experience! Even though it was getting near to closing time we never felt rushed and Marky carefully explained every step of the purchase and answered any questions. In addition to this, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly the bed could be delivered! We were expecting to wait a few weeks! Although the bed will not be delivered until tomorrow, I am confident that what we have chosen will be excellent and will last us for many years. I would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family, thank you very much! And a big thank you to Marky for making the experience much easier than I had expected!

This is the third bed I have bought from Dreams, the last order being placed in October 2013, and I have been more than satisfied with their goods and service they have provided. Why would I want to shop elsewhere?

Staff was fantatic, helpful and knowledgable and made our visit there quite fun and enjoyable.

We came in last Saturday beacouse of my friend to recommend me and it was a good choice visit that store. The assistant was able to pin point the type of mattress that we were looking for and asked specific questions to identify our needs.
