I was able to purchase the item I went for with ease.

The sales assistant was very friendly and helpful. We were able to purchase the item we had set out to buy.

Sharon was understanding of our requirements and led us to a selection of products which would suit us and offered valuable knowledge about the products. She was not to pushy and allowed us to make a decision in our own time which we greatly appreciated. Upon return to store our order was processed by Steve and Veronica who where very helpful.

After finding out at very short notice we needed a bed the staff showed us as many beds as they had available. When we said we needed it for that Saturday they called another branch to ensure we would get it In time. They made us feel relaxed. They knew about the products and the systems. So friendly and helpful.

Veronica was very helpful efficient and answered all queries raised with the minimum of fuss.

My father has Parkinson's and in a wheelchair, Veronica did everything to accommodate him, was very friendly and did not rush him. Even made him tea to take his medication with. Nothing was too much trouble.

Not a huge choice

Dreams staff we available on every to the store. Assisted well with available products. There was some confusion around ID cards for mod discount

Overall experience was fine. It would have been even better to have received the item on sale however it was not so therefore there was room for improvement.

Sorry, I thought I just conveyed that I was highly satisfied? You need to rethink these surveys. If anything less than "10" counts as a strike against, or if "highly satisfied" is not selected for every single individual criterion, the survey goes bonkers and wants to know why. Apply a common sense lens to my responses and you will see I was highly satisfied, and this question above was pointless.
