I visited the toilets during my visit, it wasn't great. The price of mattress toppers and pillows were much higher compared to other retailers for the exact same product. Not enough kids beds and mattress on display No indication about child compliancy for a kids bed. For example John Lewis have clear indication on why it is or it isn't suitable of a child of certain age. This will allow parents to make the right choice.

This is not a comment regarding the branch or the employees but simply to do with the purchasing system that the employees have to use in order to put the order through. It seemed slow and dated, perhaps a new system or iPad can be more efficient.

The store is far too warm and a bit uncomfortable

I was shocked at the increase in price of mattresses and I was anxious about how much my purchase was going to cost. Your colleague could not have done more to help. He put me on the machine, gave me a selection, listened to what I was saying. He even rembered me from when I came in about 7 months ago.

The length of time to read through the paper in order to place the order

Need more staff

Nothing is perfect.

The wasn’t many memory mattresses there . The was only 3 that we could afford
