I felt a Saturday was chosen for delivery and I didn't fully understand in the store that there would be an additional cost for this. I didn't fully realise this till I returned home. I called in and the money was going to be re-funded immediately (this hasn't happened yet) and a new date chosen during the week which didn't incur a delivery cost.

Everything WAS GREAT. The assistant did not share pertinent personal information of her knowledge of the product (mattress). We overheard another customer talking about a mattress and giving the pros and cons. We did not hear any cons about any items and finding this out after purchase would have been frustrating. That information was that the Tempur mattress while comfortable, made this customer hot and sweaty during summer/hot periods. This would have been valuable information. A minor irk, but an irk nonetheless.
