I was helped through finding a mattress which fit my comfort levels, but was never asked about budget. This meant I was shown mattresses way above my budget and then I had to ask to be shown some within it.

The big discount only applied to the double mattresses and not the Single mattresses which we wanted as they where longer in length

First visited in December and the sales lady (who has a teenage son who was getting a bike for xmas) was excellent and empathetic. Visited the store again on Saturday and Steven was also excellent. We bought the bed for our son after testing a few mattresses. He then suggested we try the test bed to see what mattress suited us, and we then bought a mattress for ourselves. Very impressed with both members of staff.
