The length of guarantee for the mattress was only one year which is limited considering the price (£826). We had to pay for a guarantee extension which was over 10% the price of the mattress (£85).

Nectar points system is not done from Store. It has to be done only online. Though, the team was very supportive, and provided a discount on total purchase. They were very welcoming, understanding, and knowledgeable of the products and mapped them to my needs.

I purchased a bunk bed for my little one from Dreams. I pointed out the mattress that I liked (Franklin) but was told that you can’t buy it anymore. I said that I wanted a mattress exactly like the franklin. So the colleague pointed out another mattress (Conroy) and when I asked if it’s the same as the franklin she replied “yes”. When we placed the order I asked again to be certain if the conroy was going to be exactly the same And she replied “yes, it’s exactly the same, it’s just has a different name”. I then added and it’s a medium comfort, which she replied “yes, but it won’t say medium on it when it’s delivered”. The next day I received a phone call to say that the mattress I purchased was over the 15cm for a bunk bed. I then traveled back to the shop to choose a different mattress and a different colleague told me that I had purchased a firm mattress that was too high for a bunk bed. They said it shouldn’t be a problem changing it and getting a refund. I’m still waiting to be contacted at the moment. I haven’t got an issue and would always choose Dreams over any other shop, but staff should know what they are selling to customers, especially when it’s a child’s safety.

Was shown to the mattress that we asked to look at and the member of staff went to give us some time and didn't return so after 15 minutes we had to look for them

we were given the service we expect from a company with your reputation, we were happy with the staff member and have no complaints. If the price was a bit lower we would have been highly satisfied. We would have no issues with recommending your company, We have not received the product yet so the above is based on in store experience only.
