I can't put Highly satisfied as it won't leave any space for improvements if there is no where else to go. So I choosen Satisfied. There is always the little extra that can be done or given. However, the staff that was there on the day was more then efficient and very highly customer service focus.

Had to wait about 10-15min for a til/computer to open up to place the order.

There was quite a wait to be seen by a member of staff and then another smaller wait to get a desk to place the order but the lady who served us made up for this as she was extremely helpful, kind and knowledgable.

The team member at dreams did not show any interest in selling and didnot have any technical details of the product we were looking for.

We were on the mezzanine floor and had to seek out a member of staff from the ground floor rather than being approached. We purchased a product that was much more expensive than I had anticipated so I did ask for 5% discount to ease the pain and was told there wasn't any leeway as the items were in the sale. I did notice on the screen though that it implied up to 5% could be offered which would have equated to £40. To be fair Penny did let us have a set of pillows worth £8 though.

The service was very good, although as we were purchasing 2 beds and 2 mattresses we felt that the store could have offered us more of a discount. We would however recommend Dreams to others and have already purchased more items from you online since our visit to store.

Hard to be highly satisfied when only placing an order. I could only ever be highly satisfied upon receipt of delivery and closing out of the procurement process
