I've ordered a bed and mattress from your store and it will not be delivered to me until late December

More choice and cheaper prices would have been great. The manager served me and he was very helpful.

Only complaint was the delivery date for my order. I was initially told it would be a few days, but then the system updated and the next available date was 3 and half weeks later. This was frustrating.

When the delivery drive arrived he said that he was only collecting the mattress not the bed frame.

Delivery time too long! Otherwise allgood.

Overall, I was satisfied with my experience. It took a little bit of effort on my part to be shown some of the mattresses I wanted to see, but this is not something that would stop me from purchasing again in the future. Overall, I was very happy with my experience.

The bed I selected was not available to be delivered to my home address until the middle of the following month - 4weeks away, and yet I can have it delivered to an address in London next week. This begs the question, why can it not be delivered from London to the Birmingham distribution centre and then moved on to my home address?

Preferred to see a few more options in store but can understand the space constrains.

In retrospect I am not happy with the price paid for the headboard as it came to a quarter of the overall cost of the Bed! I guess I was expecting better value for money based on the reputation I had heard about dreams.
