The finance form was not as clear about the extra charges as it should have been. The only way not to incure additional charges is to write a cheque. That should be made clear and up front, not from having to read the fine print.

I thought the store could look more contemporary. It looked a bit tired.

wanted the bed little earlier but was told delivery dates can be later because of the headboard. Would of liked to have a choice of having the bed base and mattress turn up first if meant an earlier delivery date. And have the head board turn up another day

The branch in Reading seemed a lot darker inside than the branch we visited near Abingdon which made the atmosphere a bit dull and uninviting but apart from that the staff were lovely and really helpful.

It could have been a little bit less expensive.
