The young male assistant was very helpful but not overbearing. He came to our assistance when required but left us to mull over. He came with more help when we needed it very helpful.

It was a pleasant enough visit and we received adequate attention as would be expected in any store of this type. The lady -Veronica_ who attended was very pleasant and helpful as well as being appolgetic re the fact that the computer system was down and we could not place our order there and then. It was completed over the phone the next day. Overall no real complaints but found it was difficult to decide just what we needed but eventually made a decision.

After placing my order in the store, there was a problem because my delivery date hasn't been saved in the system. I got a voicemail to contact Dreams to confirm delivery date once again. I've found it difficult to actually get in touch with anyone who would talk to me. Then I received a text message saying that my order will be within 1day. It wasn't good for me because I couldn't be available on that day. Thankfully, I managed to change the date online.

I came in to replace one of my mattresses and although I had been seen first another customer was given priority because they were buying a bed and therefore had a higher value order on this occasion. I was satisfied with the service I received but I did have to wait to place my order

The store was clean and easy to navigate. However the staff member was overpowering at times and I don't feel they listened to our requirements, and did not initially ask us what our budget was etc. They took us to three different mattresses initially without asking us what we were looking for and needless to say they were the top three mattresses in terms of highest price. We were then left alone to have a look around the store and after a period of time we found a mattress we were very happy with. In short lovely store, great product range, but a little bit more customer service training wouldn't go a miss.

Only because I have to wait a month before I get the bed from the day I bought it. apparently the manufacturer makes the beds to order, but there is no customisation of the bed; so no real reason why there shouldn't be a ready supply to enable delivery sooner.
