No problem with the store or the staff ( very friendly and helpful ) but when I phoned customer services to arrange to pick my bed up from the warehouse I was only then told that it had to be made as it is not a stock item. I just took it that the delivery date was because you were so busy. This is why I did not give a highly satisfied score.

Marky was extremely helpful throughout the whole of our visit, he helped, he was very knowledgeable, and didn't rush us at all in making our decision. One thing I am just so disappointed about was that there was a £39.00 charge for delivery, I had no problem with this until I realised if I had ordered online then this would have been free. Because of this i would not shop at dreams again or recommend them to anyone else.

Even though it's a quality product it's still a lot of money for us

The mattresses were more expensive than we expected.

Explanation of delivery charges - no breakdown to show lower charge for only delivering a headboard. Both shop and website only gave one cost.

Customer service was excellent. I never give top marks as products and price could be better.

The customer service advisor Claire was very helpful and was able to direct us towards a bed that we were very satisfied with.

We were very disappointed to see that the in-store displays were exclusively double beds. We went in to the store mainly to look at children's/single beds. We were directed to the big screen with your online catalogue and so was ok to a degree but obviously I could have done this at home.

Only 1 pillow in stock (Ineeded 2 for my 2 kids)

Whilst the sales assistant was helpful she wasn't taking cues that I was in a major hurray. The prices were extortionate. And there was a 25%nooster in store and in the window but I was not offer weed or shown any cut price bedding which is what I was shopping for.
