We were advised that delivery costs £39 at the store but when we got home we realised we could have ordered online and had free delivery. Given the amount of money we spent on the day, I would have expected to be offered the same deal as online

I thought that the delivery charge was a bit steep as there are other stores who do not charge. Also the cost of taking the old bed away is high.

The 40 night comfort exchange is pretty much void if you buy an expensive Tempur mattress as we did as there is nothing else available for the £2500 we paid so if we are unhappy with the mattress and wanted to return it then we would lose money as we'd have to go for a cheaper option. We would't exchange for another tempur product as the one we ordered was the only one that suited our comfort

Very expensive, no problem with the store service and product . Found the delivery charge bit expensive considering the amount payed . will wate for delivery but overall satisfied.

I knew which items I wanted to order so I didn't need any help with the choose. Sharon helped me place the order. I only had a slight problem with I tried to call the store and it took 5 calls to get a call back but all sorted in the end (I wanted to add something to the order)

I was buying a mattress, it is a necessity rather than a highly satisfying experience. Being satisfied is as good as it could get. Sorry

There was a good discount applied to the mattress we bought for ex display but it was a little dirty. We were not sure the range of products for mattress was as good as other stores. We suspected the original price of the mattress was overinflated for what it was. We thought the range of frame beds was less than expected. However, the staff member was very efficient and objective and left us space to discuss options. Overall, we bought the products because they were very good value in the sale compared to other stores but we suspect we may have compromised a little on quality.
