We found the sales person (Oliver) to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made our experience seamless and answered any questions throughout. He was able to upsell us to relevant products (Pillows, Mattress Protector and bed covers) after listening to our needs and achieved this without us feeling like he was giving us a hard sell. A big well done to him.

Penny came over straight away and offered assistance. She was friendly and chatty and listened to what I was looking for and needed. She helped me choose a mattress and managed to get me a quick delivery slot. She also offered me a drink and allowed my young daughter to use the staff toilet.

Sam was the perfect assistant. He let me take my time to select the right mattress for me. He also stepped back to let me try two different mattresses multiple times because I couldn’t make my mind up. He was respectful, friendly and helped me make the decision.

The store assistance gave me enough time to make a decision and place an order. He seemed to have knowledge of the products and his speed at dealing with my queries were exceptional.
