When we arrived we were greeted with a friendly hello but then all the assistants were busy for some time. The building itself is not well lit and quite dingy however the staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and we are very pleased with our purchase.

I think dreams should allow the customer a cooling off period of 24 hours or so where the order can be changed, especially as I will have to wait 3-4 weeks to receive my very standard products. The items are not made to measure or special sizes so a customer should be able to have a short window to consider and perhaps amend the order, including cancelling part of the order. Dreams could allow the customer to accept a 'no changes' clause or sign up to a 24 hour 'hold' window.

Highly satisfied is a very high standard and very difficult to achieve. Marky, the sales assistant, did achieve this, but I was reasonably satisfied with everything else.

To be "Highly Satisfied", your prices would need to be stupidly low, which they aren't for the premium beds. Plus, I would also expect each delivery options to be laid out and not just assume that I want the bed delivered to my room which is what was put to me. It was only due to the fact that I had been on the website that mentions free delivery did I know about this option.

The mattress was quite expensive and takes longer than I would like to be delivered.

Highly Satisfied requires that you do something over and above expectations. There was no problem, Marky was friendly and professional. I was satisfied, unlike at your Basingstoke store.

We wanted 2 mattresses. A king and a double. Unfortunately stock was low so only bought the double

Matress protector was not available in stock meaning that I will need to make a special separate visit when it is available.
