The price tickets weren't easy to see what mattress come in what size and prices are slightly confusing.

We didn't find a headboard that suited our requirements. Also there was no choice of different colours with the slatted bed frames.

The IT systems used are old and unstable.it took 2hours to place the order

Delivery charge for a mattress of £39 and if we wanted the old mattress collected it was another £40.

I have never liked laying on beds or pillows lots of other people have. The colour coding was a good idea and a help. Sharon who helped us was polite and knowledgable. I feel after spending nearly £1,000 they could have given us the £25 mattress topper as a gift with purchase. Also £40 delivery I find a bit stiff, again, ideally it would have been clearer on the price lists by the display beds.

I am buying a bedstead replacing the one I bought from your store some time ago as it is too heavy for me now. I was pleased to find a suitable replacement but it is now out of stock so I will have to wait until the end of August now. Also I am paying extra for the delivery and extra for the removal of the old bedstead. I was therefore very dismayed to hear that I am expected to dismantle the old heavy bedstead, I am 65 and live on my own.

I found the assistant Sharon very pleasant,and knowledgeable.

Showroom could be smarter and I was advised no discount on sale items yet the next day it was discounted further on TV adverts

Staff very helpful and a good range of beds on display

I think that there is a lot of competition out there but this Dreams did well.
