I was given the d/d of 15th April. I received a txt on 14th to say delivery wont be till 17th. I cant take time off work again so now have to wait till 25th April. I have placed 3 orders with Dreams and every single time I always get a txt to say due to stock your order has been delayed. I will never order from Dreams again

I said in store that I would pay the balance owed over the phone on Wednesday 16th June. No answer to my call even after leaving twice my number for a call back on that day and today again the voice message to leave my contact number which is a waste of time and no one picks up the phone. In store was wonderful but now I’m. Ot sure.

I was served by a new member of staff - not his fault he did not have full product knowledge and I sympathise with that. I was not informed of the delivery charge until I was asked to pay. I also had to instigate the arrangement of delivery because he forgot. I can see that it's a learning curve, but I was spending a lot of money and these things made is a bit stressful for me.

I was considering buying this mattress on line and told the assistant about it. I was in a rush to pick up my son from school. She then pressurised me into buying from the store on spot saying that stores are closing down bcos of people buying online. I could buy a better suited mattress I found later but I cannot cancel the order less than 48hr later. The mattress has not been dispatched yet. It is due to be delivered in 2wks. Dreams will keep 20% of the value of the mattress which is £110! No cooling off period at all.

Myself and my family had a very helpfull and friendly lady called Rachael attened us. However the bed frame i truly wanted was reported by Rachael to be unavalible in the spec we were hopeing for. I have very little knowladge regarding beds and had not even considered looking on line for a bed or anywhere other than a bed shop. I took Rachel's word for it that this was not avalible. To find out this was not the case after ordering a diffrent ded. I attempted to resolve this issue with customer services and was told i would be called today to no avail. We are shocked that a company such as dreams would not allow a change of mind within hour's of purchase. Especially as we still wish to purchase our mattress and pillows which totals over £1000.

My finance application went to underwriter at Creation financial services, I waited for good 30 mins and left - 15 mins later I received a call that I need to bring proof of address. So went back home got the necessary documents. Documents were mailed several times to Creation and followed up with a call to them however, still it took more than 30 mins before I left for home. After another 30 mins I received a call from the branch that finance application went through and I needed to come again to sign paperwork. Considering, this is the exact same experience I had with Dreams 3 years back, also considering that Creation had me on their record this is somewhat poor finance experience. Potentially next time I will try someone else.
