Sales person only cared about getting me to sign the order and credit contract. In the beginning he offered me a free pair of pillows but at the end he submitted the order without confirming and he then denied his promise. Nice tactics!!

Was not informed about the return policy in the store. Should have been more clear about this and less deceitful

I made it very clear to the sales rep , Marky - Reading Branch, that I needed delivery of a Temper mattress on the 1st February. He assured me this was fine. However upon payment the computer system told him delivery not until the 28th. Marky said he would inform store manager to arrange delivery for the 1st. Manager called me back on monday 22nd Jan. Said he was waiting to hear back from the Temper Sale Rep. Marky called today (23rd) informing me that my mattress could not be delivered by the 1st Feb. Therefore I requested a refund of my £1710.00 and vowed never to step foot in a Dreams Store ever again !!

Price difference between online and In store. I phoned and told one of your colleagues and was not impressed with the response, as it's illegal I said I would contact trading standards and was told to go ahead and I wouldn't get the bed then. Unfortunately I had to buy the bed from you as it's the only mattress I like.

We were quoted a delivery date of Feb 2nd. We packed up our bed in the plastic sheet in anticipation of somebody arriving that day. Nobody called us so we eventually called customer services, only to be told that nobody was coming and that the bed wasn't being delivered for another two weeks due to some problem with the supplier. Why weren't we told???
