Oliver who served us was excellent, very polite informative and a pleasure to be served by in the Reading store.

We had a super friendly and welcoming experience. My partner and I were unsure before we came in what we needed, but were highly satisfied with the help and experience we received from Ollie. The customer service was outstanding! He knew his stuff, and made the entire experience so much easier for us. We would have really struggled without his help. Thank you, Ollie!

All staff were helpful and courteous. I had spoke to Ollie prior to my visit and on the day Samuel was my 'guide'. Although I ended up spending more than I had anticipated I did not feel pressurised and came away feeling I had made the right choices.
