Dreams - Reading

Ollie greeted us in a friendly manner. He offered us tea/ coffee several times which gave a pleasurable experience. Ollie had excellent product knowledge and took time to answer all of our questions. Having been into several other stores looking at beds he was by far the best salesman we encountered.

The assistant I spoke to was extremely satisfying.

Claire was very knowledgeable and she was able to answer any questions we had. She and the rest of the staff were very friendly and our whole experience in the store was an enjoyable one. The store was clean and there was every precaution taken to prevent the spread of Covid. Thank you Claire for all your help.

We wanted to buy a Super King Bed and a Mattress. We spoke to Ollie in Reading Store over the phone and he has invited us into a store mentioning the Covid safety protocols in place. Me, my spouse and our son went into the store at around 1pm. Our son Jay is Autistic and is in general does not take well when approached by strangers. But Ollie went out of his way to be friendly with him and made sure Jay is looked after and happy. Starting from showing different beds to Jay and telling him how bouncy each one is. Ollie even spent time with Jay in those remote operated reclining beds which Jay absolutely loved. This was probably the first time Jay being social and happy to interact with s stranger and the credit goes to Ollie in full. Ollie was also thorough in understanding our needs for a bed and has shown us all the options we had as per our requirements. We ended up by buying stuff worth 2100 from Dreams the very day and came back home with a really happy son who still mentions Ollie's name when he gets to bed that Ollie is his friend. This is a pricesless memory for our son and for us. Thank you Ollie and Dreams.

Claire was very helpful and understanding of my needs, she listened to me and advised me well. Claire was friendly and the service was excellent. Delivery was flexible and quick, I can’t wait to have my bed .

The lady was very knowledgeable was very helpful in choosing a new mattress the store was extremely clean social distance in place i felt very safe was impressed that i ordered mattress on friday and its being delivered this tuesday would recommend to family and friends
