Dreams - Reading

We were helped by an assistant called Samuel and everything was perfect for the Reading branch. He knew about the different items we looked at and brought what we wanted. Thank you.

Good service, loved the sleep match system and the mattress it suggested for us. Arrived, bought a mattress and left within 20 minutes.

We went to Dreams to purchase a mattress, Penny (937) was polite and welcoming, advises us on the current procedures in place in the store. We used the Sleep Match mattress and were shown the mattresses that we had been matched to. Penny was knowledgeable and explained the differences between all the mattresses before leaving us to take the time to go back to each of them on our own.

I was so well looked after and was well advised, l would recommend the reading branch to anyone looking to buy anything for the bedroom, was truly satisfied.

Claire that dealt with us was very helpful and was not pushy on sales at all. Claire was Very chatty and this made us feel at ease. We only visited for a look and not to initially buy but with the help for our daughter we ended up leaving the store with buying everything we needed.

The lady was very helpful in calculating sizes and directing me to the product I specifically came to store to see.

The man was very helpful in our choice of bed.
