We came into the store just to have a look around and Oliver helped us. He showed us the sleep machine which helped him show us a variety of mattresses. He didn’t go to the most expensive product like others did at other retailers, he really listened to our needs & wants. He encouraged us to try a number of different mattresses, but also gave us the time & space to make a decision.

Brilliant service

It was my first time buying a bed as I've always rented furnished properties, I was a bit nervous and unsure what to do, just lie on a few and hope for the best, but the team were great they lead me through the whole process, gave me time on my own after showing me the best products for my sleep style so I had time to choose and even when I was ready they made sure I knew all my options, felt very reassured that I've made the right purchase.

Able to lie on the bed and given sheet to avoid contact with the mattress. Assistant had good knowledge of products and we were very happy with the mattress chosen.

Penny greeted us as my wife and I and our two babies walked into the Reading branch. She took our measurements and showed us some suitable mattresses and described the features of each one. She went the extra mile and looked after the children whilst our measurements were taken. We really appreciated her genuine care that we found the right mattress and that she didn’t push or rush our decision. She offered us a bottle of water which we gladly took up. In truth, we didn’t make a purchase from Dreams, but we did make a purchase from Penny. Thanks Penny for helping us find the right mattress and for giving us an amazing shopping experience.
