The customer service was excellent. Very helpful to help us to find the right product. I recently bought king size mattress and rest of the bed. I had very bad backache in last bed now I my is much better with the new mattress.

Dear Ollie helped us too much to find out which one is the best mattress for us during our visit. But I could not still understand how the bed machine is working. it seems like it measures only the weight of the people and basically proposes the most rated mattresses. But the alternative choices were actually the best fit ones. Generally, we were really satisfied, and hopefully will be satisfied for the comfort of the mattress and frame when delivered.
